Description: The VAMC, Walla Walla, WA, plans to issue a solicitation for construction services to renovate space in the basement of Building 68. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, framing, insulation, finishes, flooring, electrical, and telecommunications and data wiring installation. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about February 11, 2011. Information regarding the scheduled job walk will be in the solicitation as will the due date for quotes. The procurement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered with www.ccr.gov; www.dnb.com and must be a certified veteran enterprise (CVE) as www.vetbiz.gov.
